If you’re a Pastor, this retreat is for you! Not the preacher, the planner, or the leader everyone looks to. This is for the man behind all of that—the real you. The one God sees and loves, not for what you do, but simply because you belong to Him.
In a ministry culture that celebrates and rewards the frontstage—your sermons, your strategies, your success—it’s easy to neglect the backstage: your soul. But the spiritual health of your frontstage life depends entirely on the kind of life you’re cultivating with God behind the scenes.

The Backstage Retreat is an invitation to step away from performance and pressure and into Love’s Presence. It’s a sacred space to slow down, breathe deep, and remember (or maybe discover for the first time) that you are more than your pastoral role—and you are not alone.

Through three core movements—Slowing, Sitting, and Surrendering—you’ll be gently guided into practices of personal reflection, meaningful conversation, and quiet prayer rooted in stillness, honesty, and deep listening.
This Retreat isn’t about fixing yourself by trying harder or doing more. It’s about slowing down to open yourself up to God’s loving presence—and allowing Him to meet you right where you are, even in those difficult places you’d rather avoid.
